In recent days, our team delivered another important batch of humanitarian aid — a truckload of modern medical beds from Johanniter-Malteser Stiftung Aide & Assistance (Switzerland) and Ukraine-Hilfe Berlin e.V. for one of the Ukrainian hospitals that saves the lives of wounded defenders every day.
Humanitarian medical aid to Ukraine continues to arrive from international partners who have been supporting Ukrainian hospitals, doctors, and wounded servicemen for the third year in a row. This week, our team delivered another important shipment — a truckload of modern medical beds for one of the Ukrainian medical institutions that saves the lives of wounded defenders every day.
This delivery is part of a long-term partnership that began in 2022. With the support of organisations in Switzerland and Germany, Ukrainian hospitals have received medical equipment worth several million euros. All this equipment — functional beds, medical devices, instruments, vehicles, and essential supplies — directly improves the quality and speed of medical care.
A new large shipment arrived from Switzerland, provided by Johanniter-Malteser Stiftung Aide & Assistance. These are high-quality medical beds used in European clinics and compliant with modern safety and patient-care standards.
Such equipment is critical for hospitals treating the wounded: comfortable and reliable beds significantly ease patient care, support rehabilitation, and reduce the workload on medical staff.
The logistics of this shipment — including the cost of international transportation — were fully covered by our partners in Berlin. This allows us to direct our own resources toward purchasing critically needed medical tools and supplies.
One of the most significant recent contributions is the mobile C-arm X-ray system BV Endura, valued at nearly 900,000 UAH.
This device enables surgeons to take more than 30 X-ray images during a single operation, which is essential for removing shrapnel, performing complex surgeries, and ensuring accurate diagnostics.
The equipment was provided to Ukrainian doctors thanks to the support of Ukraine-Hilfe Berlin e.V.
The organisation Ukraine-Hilfe Berlin e.V. has been supplying Ukrainian hospitals with medical equipment, instruments, vehicles, and humanitarian aid for three consecutive years. Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion, the value of their assistance has reached several million euros.
This is an example of consistent, responsible, and structured cooperation that enables Ukrainian doctors to work with modern equipment and save lives under extremely challenging conditions.
Providing medical aid to Ukraine is the result of coordinated work by dozens of people, international organisations, and donors. Every truck, every medical bed, every piece of equipment is a direct contribution to saving the lives of those who defend our country.
