The Initiative E+ team, together with partners from Chernovetskyi Investment Group, has completed another important project — the renovation of the admission department at the Chernihiv Military Hospital.
This project goes far beyond a simple refurbishment. It is about creating a space where medical care can be delivered faster, more efficiently, and in достойних умовах — for both patients and medical staff.
The renovated admission department now meets modern medical standards and requirements. It provides improved working conditions for healthcare professionals and a more комфортне середовище for military personnel arriving for treatment.
In wartime, the admission department is often the first point of contact for patients. Its organization directly affects how quickly decisions are made and how effectively care is delivered.
The updated space allows for better patient flow management, improved coordination of medical teams, and higher overall efficiency — especially during peak нагрузок.
This means:
Each such project is not only about infrastructure — it is about saving time, and ultimately, saving lives.
he implementation of this project became possible thanks to the partnership between Initiative E+ and Chernovetskyi Investment Group. This is only the beginning of a broader, systematic renovation of the Chernihiv Military Hospital.
In the next phase, we plan to renovate the hospital’s community space (club) and carry out the refurbishment and expansion of the intensive care unit. Work has already begun.
This is not our first joint project with Chernovetskyi Investment Group. We have repeatedly joined forces to support Ukrainian medical institutions — from delivering equipment to implementing infrastructure solutions that strengthen hospitals where support is needed most.
This format of cooperation allows not only for a rapid response to challenges, but also for creating long-term improvements in the healthcare system.
We are sincerely grateful for the trust, support, and willingness to invest in Ukrainian healthcare — especially in those areas that are currently operating under the greatest pressure.
