NGO Initiative E+ has received a humanitarian shipment of power generators from the German organization Ukraine-Hilfe Berlin e.V.. Nearly 20 tons of energy equipment arrived in Kyiv and will help medical facilities and military stabilization points continue operating even during prolonged power outages.
The total value of the delivered generators is approximately 6.5 million UAH. The equipment will provide electricity for critical medical devices, including oxygen equipment, intensive care systems, and other life-support technologies used in hospitals treating wounded soldiers and civilian patients.
The largest generator in the shipment has a capacity of 630 kW and weighs more than 8 tons. It was delivered to a hospital department that treats patients with severe burns.
This generator will supply electricity to operating rooms, intensive care units, and patient wards. For burn patients, stable heat and uninterrupted power supply are crucial — even during the summer months.
Another large generator was transferred to a hospital serving border guard units, where it will power a building with operating rooms.
Several generators were allocated to emergency medical services, ensuring that critical medical equipment can continue operating during blackouts.
Some of the generators remain in medical institutions in Kyiv, while others were delivered to hospitals in Dnipro and the Sumy region, where they will support the uninterrupted functioning of medical facilities.
Part of the equipment was also delivered directly to the military.
Three generators were sent to stabilization points on the Sumy front line, including units of the 147th Brigade, the Magura medical company, and another stabilization facility providing emergency care for wounded soldiers.
Reliable electricity is essential in such conditions, enabling medical teams to operate equipment, provide lighting, and maintain life-saving systems during emergency treatment.

The delivery was made possible thanks to the German humanitarian organization Ukraine-Hilfe Berlin e.V.
Founded in Berlin in 2014 by Ukrainians and friends of Ukraine, the organization collects donations and organizes humanitarian shipments to support hospitals, emergency services, and civilians affected by the war.
Since the start of the full-scale invasion, the organization has delivered millions of euros worth of humanitarian aid to Ukraine, including medical equipment, vehicles, generators, and other critical supplies.
For Initiative E+, this shipment is another example of how international solidarity turns into practical support where it is needed most — in hospitals, stabilization points, and places where reliable electricity can literally save lives.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who continues to support Ukraine and help deliver this vital assistance.
